This role is a critical, high-impact hire focused on owning and executing the company's digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategy end-to-end.
You will take full ownership of social media, digital campaigns, website performance, and e-commerce optimization, with a mandate to modernize, elevate, and unify the company's online presence.
Success in this role will come from balancing creativity with performance and conversion-driven thinking.
You will work closely with leadership, giving you visibility into business priorities and the ability to shape how marketing and e-commerce contribute to overall growth.
