- FTE 0.7 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 56 Work Shift Night: 8 hours Job Description The Assistant Hospital Manager (AHM) assists in the development and attainment of unit and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or in a health-related field is preferred.
- Five (5) years of current clinical experience in an acute care setting (critical care or emergency department experience preferred) OR three (3) years in a Charge Nurse, Assistant Hospital Manager, or Hospital Supervisor role.
- Advanced communication skills in advocacy, negotiation, confrontation and conflict resolution.
- License/Certification/Registration Requirements:
- Current California RN License
- BLS and ACLS certification.
Nice to have
- Management or leadership experience preferred.
Compensation
- $90.50 - $135.75 USD Hour
