About the role
- We're seeking a Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical anchor between client infrastructure and our engineering capabilities.
- You'll help strengthen customer trust and accelerate value realization across our healthcare implementations.
- This role is remote and based in Chicago, IL, and requires U.S. work authorization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on Linux systems and IoT infrastructure
- Design and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible to improve consistency and reduce deployment risks
- Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance, enhance client satisfaction, and proactively mitigate risks
- Team: You'll collaborate with Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, and customer IT teams while serving as the trusted technical face of Artisight
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT and/or DevOps with a track record of managing complex technical implementations
- Experience with Python scripting, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- You must be based in Chicago as you will go in-office as needed.
