About the role

You will work closely with our other engineers, product, and data teams, operational leadership, and external customers to shape a transformative cancer care experience across the stack.
We expect you to hit the ground running and help bring our product to market:
Customer collaboration: Spend time engaging with Daymark's internal care team (nurses, NPs), patients, providers, and health plans to gather feedback and understand their needs, which will directly inform product development and iterations.

Build alongside a strong team: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our cancer care platform, with an emphasis on user experience, workflow integration, and security.

Deep technical expertise: You have 4+ years of experience designing and building user-centric products.
You know how to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Clear communicator: You can distill complex technical details and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
