About the role

  • This role is accountable for material cost, margin delivery, working capital, supply continuity, and innovation.
  • The role also plays a key part in the HC NA board, being involved in all discussions and decision making.
  • Shape and activate the area's medium- and long-term strategic "Big Bets" translating ambition into actionable roadmaps for value creation and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Home Care Procurement Director to shape and execute the strategic agenda and high-impact programs across LATAM.
  • Organize and lead the Lighthouse Squads agenda and governance, ensuring the right tracking of KPIs and drumbeat to accelerate progress.
  • Explore external and internal insights with the portfolio sourcing teams and Lighthouse squads, communicating the insights and working with the Squads to develop and execute strategies that leverage these insights.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to manage, develop, and influence large teams and stakeholders

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400.
  • Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
