Responsibilities
- In this role you will lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team, overseeing performance and execution of the Classified Solutions statement of work, and collaborating with CIDO and program leaders to ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio.

- The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to support information system lifecycle activities.
- Manage the cybersecurity programs of all assigned information systems and execute all cybersecurity-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 6 years of experience.
- Applicants must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, to be further considered
- the required Top Secret/SCI security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
- Applicants must have an active U.S. Government Full Scope Polygraph at time of application, current and within scope, to be further considered

- The selected candidate must have the ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of continued employment

- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or an information technology related field.
- ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP certification.
- Demonstratable management and leadership experience.
- Experience and familiarity with IT infrastructure (i.e., virtualization, networking, datacenter architecture, or systems administration).
- Experience with RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Prior experience communicating with customer and program leadership and/or security oversight authorities.

Compensation
- $146,600.00 - $219,800.00
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
