About the role
- This is mission-critical work - you'll be helping teams across multiple security domains deploy applications and data services on a modern, cloud-native platform.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple security domains - both in the cloud and on-premises (vSphere)
- Support key OpenShift frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, and Red Hat GitOps
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand integration needs and scale the platform accordingly
- Partner with Security teams to ensure compliance and build secure-by-design solutions
- Manage data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and the Elastic Stack
- Write clear, thorough documentation to support teammates and future maintainers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5-8 years of developer or platform engineering experience
- U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required for this position.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift in cloud or vSphere environments
- Familiarity with AWS
- Scripting skills in Python or Shell, and comfort with Git
- Experience with Linux (RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS)
- CI/CD experience using GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Knowledge of container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader CNCF ecosystem

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is typically $175-185k.
