About the role
- Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources. - Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Offering a wide range of products including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, carpet, wood, laminate, artificial turf, and athletic tracks.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write.
- Must be able to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks in accordance with schedule needs
- High School Diploma or GED preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Display and exhibit leadership abilities.
- Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.

Skills
- Administer and maintain safety policies and standards.
- Ensure first quality for all processes.
- Fill in for extrusion operators.
- Train and coach job specifics to extrusion operators.
- Ensure all operators have necessary tools and supplies.
- Complete production reports.
- Communicate with oncoming/outgoing shift's Extrusion crew leaders
- Must be able to work overtime when needed on short notice.
- Ability to keep work areas clean and safe.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
