Requirements
- With a strong marketing engine, dedicated appointment-setting teams, and a proven sales process, we generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities and continue to expand our footprint across the state.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with direct responsibility for managing closers or high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of warm-lead sales models and appointment-driven sales organizations.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Compensation
- $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience.
- $200,000+ annually for a high-performing Sales Manager leading a successful team.
