- Our residential service jobs are typically large custom homes, with high-end systems that mirror the complexity of those in commercial, so the right candidate will be comfortable navigating both residential and commercial jobs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC service
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience with retro-fits is an asset

- Our ideal technician is experienced and ready to apply their commercial expertise to a service role with more autonomy, exposure to a wider variety of equipment, and a manageable pace of work.
- 8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC service; commercial service experience is an asset
- Journeyperson certification
- Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work
Compensation
- $42k-$48k
