Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD + 0 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a relevant field with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in C++ programming language

The starting salary range posted for this position is $126,500.00 to $182,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef

Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees

You'll also work closely with architecture, application, and design teams to define the next generation of ASIC products and play a pivotal role in the emerging fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.

In this role, you'll join a dynamic team that develops the full software stack for Silicon One network processors, engaging with the Open Standards community and our esteemed customers to deliver best-in-class routing and switching platforms.
Troubleshoots complex issues within the production environment, may serve customers through on-call rotations to identify end user problems, may lead postmortem and write root cause analysis.
