Responsibilities
- Build trust and credibility with product and engineering leaders through sound judgment, business context, and coaching that improves team performance.
- Partner with leaders to enact talent strategies that drive growth, performance, and engagement across teams.
- Translate business priorities into clear people plans, including performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead performance processes (e.g., calibration, promotions, performance management) to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
- Support team-level and multi-team organizational design efforts, including restructures, role clarity, and spans/layers.
- Partner with People, Talent, and Workplace teams to execute programs and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to lead initiatives across teams, maintain momentum, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
- Highly emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and skilled at building trust.

Requirements
- Your ability to bring structure to ambiguity and influence decisions will directly impact organizational effectiveness and scalability.

Nice to have
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, or technical teams is strongly preferred.
- Ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes and make decisions grounded in tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and define clear, actionable paths forward.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding decisions through strong perspectives and judgment.
- Experience handling sensitive people matters and partnering effectively with Legal.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring clarity and alignment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, creating structure, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Compensation
- The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $171,000 - $256,000.
