About the role

Occasional travel to team offsites at one of our hubs in the US and Argentina.

Build trust and credibility with product and engineering leaders through sound judgment, business context, and coaching that improves team performance.
Partner with leaders to enact talent strategies that drive growth, performance, and engagement across teams.
Translate business priorities into clear people plans, including performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Lead performance processes (e.g., calibration, promotions, performance management) to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
Support team-level and multi-team organizational design efforts, including restructures, role clarity, and spans/layers.
Partner with People, Talent, and Workplace teams to execute programs and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Ability to lead initiatives across teams, maintain momentum, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
Highly emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and skilled at building trust.

Experience partnering with product, engineering, or technical teams is strongly preferred.
Ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes and make decisions grounded in tradeoffs.
Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and define clear, actionable paths forward.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding decisions through strong perspectives and judgment.
Experience handling sensitive people matters and partnering effectively with Legal.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring clarity and alignment.
Comfortable working in ambiguity, creating structure, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $171,000 - $256,000.
