Responsibilities
- Develop and create solutions to customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- We work directly with sports, professional teams, college athletic departments, venues, fans, and partners to improve the event going experience and drive event attendance.
- Our unique distribution model creates quick and convenient access for event goers across the country and ensures that teams and rights holders maximize fan access and event revenue.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a standard background check.
- Must have a passion for sports and/or live entertainment.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Must be available to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Delivering industry-leading customer experience with tone, empathy, confidence and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Retail, travel, events, sports or live entertainment experience considered a plus.
