Provide guidance on architecture, system design, and best practices as we transition from monolith to microservices and serverless platforms.

Collaborate with a diverse, global leadership team on high-visibility initiatives.

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management role.
Experience guiding teams through platform transformations (e.g., monolith to microservices, cloud/serverless adoption).
Strong background in backend systems using Python
exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Angular) a plus.
Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
