Responsibilities

  • You'll own a direct requisition load of senior level hires while leading a team of approximately 6 recruiters and 2 coordinators.
  • Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 6 recruiters and 2 Coordinators - owning their growth, performance, and day-to-day experience.
  • Set clear expectations, hold regular 1:1s, and build individualized development plans that elevate every member of the team.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - where wins are celebrated and gaps are fixed fast.
  • Run intake meetings, lead sourcing strategy, manage candidate experience, and close offers for complex, high-visibility roles.
  • Build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines so the business is never starting from zero on a critical hire.
  • Drive Strategy & Process Excellence
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast demand, shape workforce plans, and stay ahead of hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in Workday Recruiting; own reporting integrity for your team's portfolio.

Requirements

  • A true player-coach: equally comfortable strategizing with leadership as you are reviewing a sourcing plan with a recruiter.
  • you understand the nuance and patience those searches require.
  • Track record of building high-performing, engaged recruiting teams - not just managing them.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred
  • ATS fluency is a must.
  • Strong communicator and influencer - you can make the case, build trust, and move stakeholders.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution

Nice to have

  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse functions and levels, from individual contributor to executive hiring.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and team development with a player-coach orientation.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Process optimization and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 3-5 years in a formal leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and director-level positions across the organization - averaging 20-30 hires per year.
