Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD, environment isolation, rollout strategies, and failure recovery. Ensure deploys are boring, reversible, and observable.
- Own databases and performance at scale

Requirements
- Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions, or similar), including ownership of real production environments.
- Practical experience with modern monitoring and tracing tools (we use Datadog), and an opinionated approach to what's worth measuring versus noise.
