About the role

  • Participates in the decision-making process through analysis and recommendations to management based on findings.
  • Research and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare financial statements to include the monthly balance sheet and income statement; provide analysis and explanations of accounts, and report on changes in financial position/budget variances.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with audits and provide additional support to the finance function (i.e., board and/or period reporting) as requested.

Requirements

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • May be required to lift and/or move 20 pounds.
  • The associate is frequently required to sit/stand/walk.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Accounting, Finance, or another related field.

Nice to have

  • Two years Accountant experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in MS office (Access, Excel, Word).
