About the role
- As AI reinvigorates content management technologies, the need for effective content lifecycle strategies has never been more critical to realizing the full value of AI.
- This role bridges technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and client enablement - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI technology, customer needs, and managed services delivery.
- Present solution roadmaps, demos, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences (C-suite, IT leaders).
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops to uncover client needs.
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Develop scalable AI solution architectures leveraging cloud, data, and automation technologies.
- Build reference architectures and frameworks that integrate AI/ML components into managed service offerings.
- Build and showcase live demos (e.g. workflow automation, predictive dashboards) using open-source or commercial AI stacks.
- Rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Support proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.

Requirements
- 10 Years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within IT services or managed services

Compensation
- CAD $125,000 - 150,000 per year
- We will base the salary on the candidate's skills, experience and organizational fit.
