About the role

Works under general direction of supervisor or technical lead on assignments.
Identify and evaluate problematic issues and help implement and communicate solutions.
Participate and/or assist engineers in the design of process equipment or systems for optimal performance. Assist in the start-up of new and troubleshoot existing facilities/equipment to ensure optimal operation and performance.
Identify and help implement improvements in processes, equipment or work processes.
Develop areas of expertise on certain systems, equipment and procedures as training and work experience dictate.
system maintenance, equipment or process design and development, validation of equipment, materials and processes, preparation of specifications.
Participate and/or assist engineers in the design of process equipment or systems for optimal performance.

High School/GED is required AND at least 3 years prior technical experience in area(s) of specialty
Technical training completion/certification or associates degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience.
