About the role
- Assist with the development of presentations, including preparation of PowerPoint slides, researching topics, analytics, etc.
- Assist in the planning, execution and training of new systems and processes.
- Prioritize and assign workload to align with business goals, sales cycles, and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop team members to strengthen analytical, process, and systems expertise.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members within Sales Operations.
- Foster a high-performing, solutions-oriented team culture that drives operational excellence and supports company growth.
Requirements
- Must have strong leadership abilities and strong organization, interpersonal, communication analytical and presentation skills.
- Must have business operations experience, primarily with project management and implementing process improvements.
- Must have experience using analytics to determine root causes and identify solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with specific expertise using Powerpoint.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Masters degree preferred.
Compensation
- Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $120,000 - $140,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
