Responsibilities
- As a Senior Field Manager in our Dayton Division, you will manage the construction and delivery of our new homes ensuring quality, timeliness, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish, deliver, and adhere to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- We select highly competent individuals to join our team, provide them with the resources, training, and development possible to make significant contributions and drive their success while determining their career paths.
Nice to have
- 2+ Years of Experience managing residential construction projects
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Physical demands and work environment:
- Must use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through telecommunication, phone, and face-to-face contact.
- Must be able to climb permanent, temporary, and ladders.
- Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces through mud, ruts, etc.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods with low periods of reaching and standing.
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. unassisted.

- The Field Manager will serve as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home they are overseeing.
- Enjoy communicating daily with customers and trade partners to clarify questions and concerns that arise in a direct and factual style.
- Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with the customers.
