About the role
- In this role, you will work with the project team and be responsible for the preparation, establishment, and maintenance of schedule data.
- Responsible for the preparation of schedule data
- Assists in schedule baseline preparation, initial project setup, and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains the schedule for specific disciplines, commodities, areas and/or specialties
- Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
- Reviews, validates, integrates, and monitors subcontractor schedules

Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in engineering, construction management, business or related field, and 5.
- 8 years of relevant experience or 9.
- 12 years of relevant work experience

Skills
- Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to present information to management and clients
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office 365 software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to take initiative in project related tasks and coordination with various stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure effective project delivery
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team atmosphere
- Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement, and construction functions and general EPC execution approaches
- Experience in delivering large-scale EPC process plant projects
