Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells, equipment, and leases for which the Lease Operator is responsible.

Crescent's leadership is an experienced team of investment, financial and industry professionals that combines proven investment and operating expertise.
Applies a general understanding of the technical concepts, practices, and procedures, and has a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations related to the oil and gas industry.
Overtime is sometimes required.
Utilize SCADA to monitor and evaluate well performance and facility status, respond to SCADA alarms if required.
Conduct other tasks as required by the supervisor, which are unique to the assigned geographic area.

High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 2 years of lease operator experience or related experience preferred.
Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
Must have experience using computers and inputting data, use of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus.
Must be dependable and have ability to work overtime, if necessary.
Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at moderate skill level.
Work may require frequent pushing, pulling, or carrying 50 to 75 pound objects such as tools, equipment work operations.

Must be self-motivated, have strong ethics, ability to work with minimum supervision, have reliable attendance, and demonstrate flexible cooperative behavior in the workplace.
