Responsibilities
- You'll build the AI agents themselves-the harnesses, evals, orchestration, and model strategy the rest of Traba's product runs on.
- You will partner closely with our CTO, product, and our operators to take 0-to-1 ideas to scaled deployments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping LLM- or agent-based features to production.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is set between $140,000 and $200,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations.
