About the role
- In your role as an Equipment Engineer TR, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 employees, across the 4 CWW shifts that will be responsible for documenting, trending, and sustaining the overall health of the In/Out Room equipment fleet.
- The In/Out Room equipment fleet includes one of a kind automated packaging equipment and associated accessory equipment like heaters, and N2 pump systems, etc.
- The core job tasks include the identification of data sets that define equipment condition, organization of data trends to display the health of equipment via real-time dashboard, and creation of work processes and expectations to take action on fleet trends.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain operating manuals, SOPs, and fleet records
- Demonstrate knowledge of design concepts across each equipment type
Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with sub-fab systems in semiconductor industry
- Experience in other manufacturing environments with large quantities of equipment
- Proficiency in data/statistical analytics
- Experience with mechanical repair of equipment
- Knowledge of common industrial sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.)
