About the role
- Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets.
- Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset.
- People come to Kalshi for events they care about - a sports season, an election, or a major cultural moment.
Responsibilities
- Develop reactivation strategies for seasonal sports, elections, and other major moments, including what happens after they end.
- Build ways for users to find relevant markets beyond the event or sport that first brought them to Kalshi.
- Turn successful experiments into ongoing programs, document what works, and establish benchmarks for reactivation performance.
- well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
- You'll own the product strategy and execution behind that work:
- If you are passionate about what you do and want to use your talents to support our mission and values, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Experience as a Growth PM or consumer Product Manager, with a track record of using data and experimentation to improve user behavior and business outcomes.
- Excellent quantitative judgment, including the ability to size opportunities, prioritize experiments, and distinguish meaningful results from noise.
- You can move from an ambiguous problem to a launched experiment and follow through on the results.
- Strong, hands-on SQL skills. You can independently explore user data, build cohort analyses, and turn findings into clear product decisions.
- Strong execution and ownership. You can move from an ambiguous problem to a launched experiment and follow through on the results.
- Creative thinking about why users return to a product, with ideas that extend beyond standard promotional offers.
- An understanding of sports and seasonality, including how fan interest changes throughout the calendar.
- The ability to work closely with engineering, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition teams to deliver coordinated programs.
- Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title
- if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out - we're always happy to discuss
- Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets.
