Responsibilities
- Wedding & Event Support
- Assist Event Managers with ceremony set-up and breakdown, manage hospitality suites, and greet guests to provide direction.
- Operations & Conference Support
- Manage group check-ins/outs, linen needs, and meeting room and residence hall preparations for overnight adult/youth conferences and corporate events.
Requirements
- Act as a parking attendant and campus host for external groups utilizing Endicott College facilities. (Valid US Driver's License Required)
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- light to heavy lifting is required for various event tasks.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service.
