About the role

With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.
Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.
This role plays a critical part in expanding TPUSA's presence on college campuses by recruiting, organizing, and mobilizing student activists within an assigned territory.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook
Proven leadership development
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
Experience starting campus organizations
