About the role
- As a first point of contact, you'll answer inbound calls, understand each resident's needs, and handle policy servicing accurately-from payments and billing questions to website help and policy updates.
- Some claims, coverage, and other servicing inquiries require a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$24.00, with eligibility for a monthly incentive plan.
Responsibilities
- Overview Help residents get clear, timely support with their renters insurance.
- You'll document each interaction in our CRM and work toward resolving questions on the first call.
- The Licensed Insurance Agent provides inbound customer support for RealPage Insurance products.
- Build and maintain knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and service systems.
- Manage time and call activity to support service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and capture information accurately.
Requirements
- If you don't already have one, you must be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Insurance Service Agent I (Property & Casualty License Required Within 30 Days) Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from renters insurance policyholders and provide professional, helpful service.
Compensation
- The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$24.00, with eligibility for a monthly incentive plan.
