About the role

  • Prepare coverage materials for internal forums (business reviews, town halls, leadership updates) and provide client platform statistics for broader firm reporting

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal client fee database and execute related fee monitoring processes
  • Partner with key internal partners such as Client Advisors/Associates, Finance and sales data management to ensure client, activity, and sales attribution data is accurate and consistent across official reporting and firmwide materials
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis in order to develop fact-based insights and recommendations for the Global Institutional distribution strategy based on both internal and external industry data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field of study
  • 5+ years' of relevant experience
  • advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint knowledge and proficiency with business-intelligence tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
  • Experience with Snowflake, Alteryx, Salesforce or comparable tools
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance data analysis and automate processes

  • Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint knowledge and proficiency with business-intelligence tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior asset management or management consulting experience

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $125,000-$145,000.
  • This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
  • We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
  • Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
  • The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, production, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
