You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, maintaining and upgrading software applications, and ensuring the overall functionality of IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, networks, applications, and peripherals.
Train end-users on new hardware and software applications.

About The Opportunity This Computer Support Analyst II position is located in Rockville, Maryland (20850) of the United States.
How You Will Make An Impact Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems.
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and secure.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
What You Will Bring To The Table 2 plus years of proven experience as a Computer Support Analyst or similar role.
Impact Computer Support Analyst interacts with customers on a regular basis and needs to maintain a positive and professional attitude always.

Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune management and maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
