About the role
- We're seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager who is motivated to fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the United States.
- This is a high-ownership, client-facing role at the intersection of product, account management, and implementation, built for someone who wants to be close to the problem, not just the roadmap.
- You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
- Own the own the strategic relationship with the client, understand their pain points, and help guide to the product for their specific needs
- Translate customer requirements into clear product specs and acceptance criteria that your engineering partner can execute against
- Manage project timelines and delivery, holding the pod accountable and communicating proactively when things shift
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting
- Ability to navigate complex situations across clients
Compensation
- $180,000 - $220,000 base.
