Responsibilities

  • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels
  • Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals
  • Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
  • Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
  • Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business results
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
  • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing
  • Agency experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce
  • 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns
  • additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify
  • other technical platforms a plus

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission opportunities
