This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

Creates payroll j ournal e ntry for accounting upload.
Manage payroll in-box and resolve payroll inquiries.
Updates payroll procedures documents.
Continuously assess and improve payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices to streamline workflow.
Lead, support and assist with special projects, optimization initiatives, system implementations, and ad hoc analyses
Performs other duties as assigned.
You'll oversee semi-monthly payroll processing, maintain timekeeping records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and partner with the HR and Finance to support a seamless payroll experience across Sono Bello's nationwide network of clinics and corporate teams.

Issues off cycle checks for final termination pay and other off cycle payments as required.
Set up and run various reports as required.

Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee's hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, garnishments, final pay ca

Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for statutory taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
Submit and reconcile HSA deposits with 3 rd party vendor.
