About the role

  • QbDVision is searching for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing marketing team in the Boston, MA area.
  • Sales-Marketing Alignment: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure all external messaging and sales assets are consistent, optimized, and easy for sellers to access.
  • This includes teaching sales methodologies, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral like presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets for every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Develop and deliver training for the launch of new sales materials and narratives for existing reps.
  • What You'll Own Content Creation & Resource Management: Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral like presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets for every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver training for the launch of new sales materials and narratives for existing reps.
  • Program Ownership: Develop a scalable process to engage internal subject matter experts across sales, product, and marketing to create compelling sales narratives and materials at scale.
  • Ensure that all content adheres to our brand and style guidelines to maintain consistent messaging.

Nice to have

  • What You Need To Succeed 3-5+ years of experience in general marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related roles.
  • A willingness to get things done. must be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to ideate and execute with equal skill.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B high-growth or start-up environment (Pharma and Biotech experience is a plus, but not a must-have).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), content management systems (e.g., PaperFlite).

Skills

  • Exercise your communication and influence skills, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management, organization, collaboration skills, and considerable attention to detail.
