About the role

Responsibilities

  • Artisan builds AI employees that take on real work.
  • We're looking for Builders who can understand a customer problem, decide what the product should do, design the experience, and ship the code.
  • You'll own that whole process.
  • You'll work directly with our CEO, Jaspar, and use your product judgment, design taste, and engineering ability to turn an unclear problem into something customers can use.
  • Our ambition gives you plenty to build.
  • Shape the product: write the spec, design the interface, make the tradeoffs, and keep the scope focused enough to ship quickly.
  • Build and ship production features in TypeScript and React. Use AI coding tools to move faster while understanding, reviewing, and testing the code you release.

Requirements

  • You can explain the customer problem, your decisions, and what happened after launch.
  • You can ship TypeScript and React in an existing codebase without constant direction.
  • You know outbound sales from experience: researching prospects, sending campaigns, handling replies, and selling a product.
  • You can spot where the tools get in the way.

Compensation

  • $130,000-$230,000 USD annually.
