Ensuring continuous and properly organized communication flow within team, subordinates and with other departments;
Completing 'experience share' training sessions within team ensuring the same high level of skills for all team members;
Develop relationships with Beauty Salons for partnership;
Monitor make-up products stock, needed for uninterrupted daily work (workshops; photoshoots);

ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company;
