About the role

  • Technical Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of detailed systems within the Product/Project Management (Technical) function.
  • The position provides both project management and technical leadership, utilizing project management tools to estimate projects and monitor planning and progress techniques.
  • Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee completion of requirement definitions, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture.
  • Lead / coordinate unit and systems testing and development activities.
  • Data-oriented, able to define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze trends, and use data to drive decisions
  • Able to build governance processes from scratch, implement them, and continuously improve them
  • Build POC / Dashboards / Skills and Agents using GENAI tooling at Visa.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Compensation

  • For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $152.200,00 to $ 243.700,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
