About the role
- This is a facilities management position where it's about creating a welcoming, safe environment where Residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities

- Used effective interpersonal skills to lead and support a diverse team
- Applied financial literacy skills to manage departmental budgets responsibly
- Worked collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support Home operations
- shift scheduling to support your home life
Requirements
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
Nice to have
- Experience in of maintenance related work experience preferred
- Preferred relevant Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Preferred BES certification
