Responsibilities
- The AVP, Investments role (with a Real Estate Equity focus) is an integral part of the CIM team working directly with Investment Leads, Principals and Founders.
Requirements
- 4+ years' professional experience with an investment firm, private equity firm, investment bank or similar organization and/or master's degree in business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Real Estate Investment or project experience (investing, project finance, M&A) in relevant sectors required.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling.
Compensation
- Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget.
- The anticipated base salary for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $200,000.
