About the role

Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain Keystone's brand identity, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual frameworks
- Evolve and improve design systems to ensure brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital assets
- Partner with marketing, operations, client-facing leaders to align creative standards across all communication channels
- Redesign and manage PowerPoint and Word templates used across client and internal deliverables
- Develop and manage a centralized asset library (collateral, logos, diagrams, iconography, photography, and motion graphics)
- Oversee the design and production of client presentations and marketing materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity
- Collaborate with consulting and leadership teams to refine presentations, content assets - such as research briefs and white papers - as well as infographics for narrative impact
- Manage timelines and workflows to deliver high-quality creative output on schedule
- Support digital and content marketing initiatives, including website visuals, research publications, and campaign assets
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across presentation and document formats
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest or background in AI and technology.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic or production design, ideally within creative agency, consulting or professional services experience
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Compensation
- $60,000 - $110,000 USD
- In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
