Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
Architect and optimize enterprise data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric
Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into effective technical solutions
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for business partners
Develop prototypes and lead transition into production-grade systems
Establish and maintain data quality, monitoring, and validation frameworks
Drive change management and adoption of new data solutions
Optimize performance for large-scale data environments
Influence data strategy and support evolving business needs

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric
Experience supporting Data Science and analytics use cases
Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
