About the role
- We're looking for a client project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- This is not a technical role, but you need to understand digital platforms well enough to translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks.
- Be the main point of contact, guiding clients and ensuring expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery and follow-ups.
- Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions.
- Test and validate platforms before deployment.
- Work closely with sales and business development to drive renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing client satisfaction with project profitability, sometimes outside regular hours.
- You'll act as the key link between clients and our internal teams (integration, design, and development).
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital project coordination, account management in an agency, or B2B client-facing roles, or in large-scale event/conference management.
- Degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, project management, event management, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Ability to hold the big picture while managing granular details.
- working proficiency in French.
- Comfortable in a hybrid setup.
- Native-level English
