About the role

- Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset.
- ROLE ROADMAP The web is one of the most important places Kalshi's brand comes to life.
Responsibilities
- Own website design projects from initial concept through launch
- Develop strong creative concepts, page structures, visual systems, and interaction ideas
- Design polished, responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Review builds, provide detailed design feedback, and ensure the finished website meets a high bar
- Create and evolve reusable components and patterns that improve speed and consistency
- well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
- This role will own Kalshi's brand expression on the web.
- You'll design everything from core brand and marketing pages to campaign launches, partnership pages, policy and editorial experiences, and one-off digital moments.
- You'll work closely with Brand and Engineering to take projects from idea through launch while building reusable systems that make our web presence faster, more consistent, and more ambitious over time.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing websites and digital brand experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience collaborating directly with front-end engineers
- Experience in fintech, trading, sports, media, culture, or consumer technology
- Experience at a high-growth startup or creative environment with a rapid pace
Compensation
- $115,000 to $180,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
- This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role.
