About the role

  • This role serves as a resource for attorneys and professional staff throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Business Director, Talent Services Regional Manager, Compliance, and employees to support employee relations matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee change records in the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Leads recruiting efforts for professional staff
  • Partner with managers and attorneys to define job requirements and develop job descriptions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or a related field
  • General knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as employment law compliance
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Compensation

  • $115,000 to $122,000 per year
  • Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.

Benefits

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general talent services matters

  • Provide guidance and support the administration of employee benefits programs, including new hire enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Maintain reports, record, and assist with leave of absence administration (e.g. FMLA, STD, and Workers Compensation), including tracking and coordinating communications with employees and third-party administrators

  • Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
