Requirements

Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more.
Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology field required Two years' experience working directly with children and families.

Nice to have

Must be able to complete a 2 week hire orientation class (Monday - Friday)
hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
Preferred experience with children who are victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or youth who have been adjudicated delinquent and are committed and are emotionally disturbed

Compensation

Starts at $51,000 - $58,140 / annual (non-licensed). Salary increases based on relevant education and experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
