About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Physical Therapist to join our high-performance team supporting elite and professional athletes.
The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, innovation, and a collaborative mindset to help athletes recover, stay healthy, and elevate their performance.
This role will be based in our Irvine office.

Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with sport demands, injury history, and performance goals.
Work with agents to support athletes during critical recovery or contract windows, providing transparent timelines and progress reporting.
We focus on team chemistry, collaboration, strong relationships, valuable networks, and ambitious ideas to deliver innovative solutions that keep our clients and agency ahead of the curve.

Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate across domains.
Strong knowledge of sport-specific biomechanics, tissue loading principles, and functional return-to-play frameworks.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
Comfortable working with data from force plates, wearable tech, and movement screens.

Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Experience with post-operative rehabilitation in professional athletes.
Certifications in dry needling, IASTM, DNS, PRI, or other advanced clinical methods.

2+ years experience in high-performance or sports-specific settings (pro, collegiate, or elite private sector preferred).

Conduct detailed movement assessments, integrating clinical tools, strength metrics, and performance testing.
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with high-profile athletes, agents, and coaches.

$100,000-120,000 per year.
Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.

Collaborate with Biomechanist, strength & conditioning coaches, and medical professionals to create seamless care plans.
Utilize manual therapy, movement re-education, and advanced modalities to address dysfunctions and enhance recovery.
This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
