About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Physical Therapist to join our high-performance team supporting elite and professional athletes.
- The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, innovation, and a collaborative mindset to help athletes recover, stay healthy, and elevate their performance.
- This role will be based in our Irvine office.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with sport demands, injury history, and performance goals.
- Work with agents to support athletes during critical recovery or contract windows, providing transparent timelines and progress reporting.
- We focus on team chemistry, collaboration, strong relationships, valuable networks, and ambitious ideas to deliver innovative solutions that keep our clients and agency ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate across domains.
- Strong knowledge of sport-specific biomechanics, tissue loading principles, and functional return-to-play frameworks.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
- Comfortable working with data from force plates, wearable tech, and movement screens.
Nice to have
- Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
- Experience with post-operative rehabilitation in professional athletes.
- Certifications in dry needling, IASTM, DNS, PRI, or other advanced clinical methods.

- 2+ years experience in high-performance or sports-specific settings (pro, collegiate, or elite private sector preferred).
Skills
- Conduct detailed movement assessments, integrating clinical tools, strength metrics, and performance testing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with high-profile athletes, agents, and coaches.
Compensation
- $100,000-120,000 per year.
- Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
