About the role
- The seasonal keyholder will assist management team in encouraging and motivating team to achieve sales target, store sales & KPI.
- Good working knowledge of store reports and retail message board as well as knowledge of system and procedure to achieve good stock and consistency in stock levels.
- Assist Management team to ensure process and systems in store are implemented and regularly reviewed ensuring store ops runs smoothly and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable client experiences that reflect the luxury brand.
- Support sales goals through product knowledge, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an elevated store presentation.
- Coach and support team members to ensure a high level of customer service and operational execution.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
- Support special events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of both the sales floor and backroom to ensure an efficient and elevated shopping experience.
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or GED, some College.
Compensation
- A reasonable pay range is 18/hr. - 21/hr. plus commission
