About the role
- The position will assist in monitoring processes and conditions in residential spaces, Housing and Residence Life buildings, and Housing and Residence Life exteriors to ensure proper completion of work and customer service goals are met.
- In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
- The holder of this position is designated as a "Responsible Employee" pursuant to their role under Title IX.
Responsibilities
- The position will report to the Quality Control Coordinator and will support the customer service functions for Housing and Residence Life Facilities.
Requirements
- Ability to apply professionalism, understanding, and sensitivity to all students or family interactions.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in University Housing and/or Facilities is preferred.

- This position will assist with the response to student and family concerns for Housing and Residence Life Facilities.
