About the role
- The following describes in general terms the purpose and scope of the position.
- Carries out full-scope responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Production and Inventory planning to ensure annual operating plan, master schedule and on-time customer deliveries are met.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead Supply Chain function, including purchasing, planning, logistics and warehouse.
- Establishes, implements and executes procedures and systems for all Supply Chain functions Establish most effective organizational structure and staff responsibilities.Provides for staff training and development.
- Lead sourcing and purchasing of electronic components, PCBA materials, semiconductor products, wire harnesses, and related system-level electronic parts.
- Manage the procurement of all production and non-production items consumed in the plant to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
Skills
- Assessment of procurement workflows, processes, systems/tools used etc. to ensure output meets all performance requirements.
Compensation
- include fulfilling all requirements to support cost, quality and delivery of material to fully achieve annual operating plan, customer service, optimal inventory turns, and risk mitigation.
